For many years I have delivered health coaching/behaviour change skills sessions for allied health teams. I find that using my motivational skills alongside my counselling and supervision skills, supports clinicians to enhance their client-centred practice.

Supervision and reflective practice skills are core for the Counselling profession and starts at university and student placements. The same cannot be consistently said for Allied Health.

Strengthening our Compassionate Inner Mentor as Clinicians & Teams
When considering burnout risk, we need to address both the workplace culture and individual risks to emotional health and safety.
Resilience has become misunderstood. The goal of this workshop is to re-embrace resilience from a strengths-based, compassionate, whole of team approach. That includes leaders to support psychologically safe teams.
In delivering this training I will role model what it is to understand our inner critic, building our inner mentor as a team from my experience as a leader within high functioning teams delivering highly stressful service.
