Providing Clinical Supervision and Specialist Counselling for Therapists, Supervisors, Leaders and Health Professionals
My Philosophy
I believe good helping practice is grounded in reflection, ethical practice, curiosity and the willingness to keep learning.
With more than 25 years of experience across counselling, clinical practice and leadership, I am passionate about creating spaces where helping professionals can pause, reflect, explore what is happening beneath the surface and reconnect with what matters to them.
For me, supervision and counselling are not about having all the answers. They are about creating enough safety and trust to ask the difficult questions, explore our assumptions, notice what we might be missing and discover new possibilities for growth.
A Little About Me
My logo was drawn by my artist sister. It represents how we, as helping professionals, can support others to navigate rocky paths and move towards growth while remaining grounded in our own strengths and values.
And the gerbera? It's my favourite flower and makes me happy!
I bring all my values into my private practice and to work alongside counsellors, therapists, supervisors, leaders and health professionals.
Welcome. I'm excited to work with you!
Clinical Supervision
With more than 15 years of experience in counselling leadership and governance, I provide clinical supervision across diverse sectors, including general counselling, AOD, child and family services, and refugee health.
My supervision is a space for curiosity, challenge and reflection. Together, we can explore the clinical work, the relational dynamics, the systems around us and the practitioner sitting in the middle of it all.
I offer:
Specialist Counselling for Helping Professionals
With more than 25 years of experience in the helping professions, I provide specialist counselling for counsellors, therapists, health professionals, carers and other helping professionals.
Supervision supports our professional practice. Counselling is different. It provides a space to step out of the professional role and consider what is happening in your own life, relationships, health and inner world.
My approach is strengths-based, values-driven and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-informed frameworks to support you to navigate:
You don't need to arrive with everything worked out. Sometimes the first step is simply having somewhere safe to put down what you've been carrying.

Qualifications
I draw from a range of evidence-informed therapeutic and supervision frameworks, tailoring the approach to you, your goals and what is happening in the room.
Rather than following one model or formula, I bring together different perspectives when they are helpful, while staying curious about what fits for you in the moment.
The framework is there to support the conversation, not to dictate it. Your experience, needs and goals remain at the centre of our work.
