Fees & Rebates

Clinical Supervision

For Private Practitioners:

Individual Supervision Online 55 mins: $180
Supervision of Supervision Online 55 mins: $180
PACFA Low-Cost Group Supervision Online 90-120 mins: $80 per participant per hour
(Limit 5 per group)

For Organisations:

External Individual Supervision: $190
External Supervision of Supervision: $190
Group Supervision 90 mins: $400 per group
(Limit 6 participants per group. Please negotiate online or onsite sessions. Onsite sessions incur a travel time fee)

Counselling

Session Fees

Standard Online Session 55 mins : $150
Extended Online Session 75 mins: $180
Extended Online Session 90 mins: $220

Private health Insurance & Worksafe

Rebates may be available through selected private health funds, including Medibank Private, HCF, BUPA, AHM and ARHG (subject to individual policy conditions).

I am recognised by Worksafe as a provider of counselling services and adhere to the WorkSafe Clinical Framework.

My practice does not accept NDIS, TAC, Family Court, or other legal-related cases. My service is not covered by the Medicare Rebate or a Mental Health Care Plan.

Due to its set up, my Practice is unable to respond to crises.

By appointment only. At this stage all my appointments are conducted online.

Cancellation & Fees Policy

48 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations, otherwise, the fee is charged. This applies to all appointments which are rescheduled within 48 hours, unless discretion is used to not charge given the circumstances.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of the session for individuals and 10 business days for organisations.

Social Media Policy

To maintain professional boundaries and protect confidentiality, I do not accept friend requests from current or past clients on any of my social media profiles.

Privacy Policy

My commitment to you is to be an ethical practitioner bound by professional good practices. To ensure I provide quality services to you, I adhere to the:

PACFA Code of Ethics
Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

These govern the way in which I collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information and uphold your confidentiality.

For Counselling

I will provide you with my Informed Consent document when we begin counselling and we can discuss any questions you have so that you feel your rights and responsibilities are clear. I will then ask you to sign the document as our informed consent agreement.

For Supervision

We will have a contracting conversation at intake and at the beginning of our first supervision session that will form the basis of our supervision contract that I will then complete and ask you to sign as our contract agreement.
